About the Sheridan-Johnson Local Board

Since 1991, the Sheridan-Johnson Local Board has connected generous individuals, families, and businesses with opportunities to strengthen Sheridan and Johnson counties. As an affiliate of the Wyoming Community Foundation, the board helps steward charitable resources, support local nonprofits, and invest in projects that improve quality of life throughout the region. By combining local knowledge with statewide expertise, the board helps create meaningful and lasting community impact.

Investing in Solutions That Strengthen Our Communities

The Sheridan-Johnson Local Board supports nonprofit organizations working to address community needs, create long-term solutions, and build stronger futures for local residents. Through competitive grantmaking, the board invests in programs that demonstrate collaboration, maximize community resources, and create measurable impact across Sheridan and Johnson Counties. Grants are awarded twice annually through the Wyoming Community Foundation.
